Dorian Kantor, Ph.D.

Dorian Kantor is an internationally recognized communications professional and academic who has taught and advised across five countries on three continents and in four different languages. His clients range from private independent students to C-suite leaders to budding and accomplished academics. As founder and head of KCC, he not only participates in teaching and consulting engagements but also assembles and directs the right specialists for each client's individual needs.

He holds a Master's in English Philology and a Ph.D. in political science and public law. He has held professional positions at Education First and the Friedrich Ebert Foundation, both in Washington, D.C., as well as academic positions at George Mason University (Arlington, VA), Freie Universität Berlin (Germany), Pontificia Universidad Javeriana (Bogotá, Colombia), and Eötvös Loránd University (Budapest, Hungary). As a language trainer and communications consultant, he has worked with clients from Mercedes-Benz, Springer, SoundCloud, Elbit Systems, Heidelberg Materials, and Siemens Energy, among others. He currently also directs a political and security consulting practice, is a regular political analyst and contributor to international media outlets, and has published extensively in English, Spanish, German, and Hungarian. He commands native or near-native proficiency in English, German, Hungarian, and Spanish.

He has helped business professionals across sectors reach their communication targets, supported PhD students writing dissertations and facing defenses, and worked with academics readying publications and conference presentations — drawing on experience as a defense consultant, an editor-in-chief of political publications, a business coach, a language instructor, and a university professor.
